The ColorPlus Model Home Program provides you with an opportunity to market all of your model homes built with James Hardie siding products with ColorPlus technology on the top-ranked website for siding. Your model home will be part of a powerful database that displays a picture of your model home, details of the products/colors used and your contact information including a link to your website.

By participating in the James Hardie ColorPlus Model Home Program, you help us develop a great resource for consumers that will bring photos, facts and location of any model home right to their fingertips.

If an individual builder has multiple homes in a development of the SAME model, please provide detailed information and photography on ONE model home. At this time, only one model home can be featured per development. Use the description box to indicate there are other model homes available. Use "Other Available Colors/Materials" to indicate additional colors and products.
