What is a Premium Listing?
A Premium Listing is a listing that appears first in any search result, if applicable. A Premium Listing will have additional fields displayed, can display mulitple photos and is highlighted by a different background color. All Premium Listing requests are reviewed by James Hardie to determine if your listing is eligible. Contact your local James Hardie representative for details on how to get your homes “Premium Listed.”

What is Expected Home Availability?
Expected Home Availability is the length of time you expect the model home to be available for purchase.

Why do you need to know Expected Home Availability?
Once the model home has been purchased, it is no longer a model home! We will contact you via email/phone to determine if the house is still available as the initial timeframe comes due. The home can then be entered in the Gallery of Homes or if you choose (on submission), the home will automatically be entered in the Gallery of Homes.
